Privacy Policy
This notice describes how Chase Kelly, NMLS ID# 2535920, a licensed loan originator with Planet Home Lending, LLC, NMLS ID# 17022, collects and uses personal information through the website chasekelly.com.
This notice covers this website only. Planet Home Lending's Consumer Privacy Policy is the controlling notice for your lending relationship, including information collected during a loan application, and for purposes governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Information you give us
Two forms on this site collect information, and only what is listed here:
- Guide and worksheet requests. Your email address, and your agreement to the consent statement shown on that form. No phone number is requested or stored.
- The application start form. Your name, email address, phone number, the state your property is in, a short description of your situation, and whether you are a veteran, active duty, or an eligible surviving spouse. Providing veteran status is optional.
In both cases we also store the exact wording of the consent statement you agreed to, and the date and time you submitted it, so there is a precise record of what you consented to.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, we record:
- the page you submitted from, and the referring page if your browser sent one;
- your browser's user agent string;

campaign identifiers from the web address if you arrived from an advertisement or a
tracked link. These are
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_content,utm_term, and Meta advertising identifiers. They tell us which advertisement or article brought you here. They do not identify you personally on their own.
What we do not do
Stating this plainly because many privacy notices claim otherwise by default, and this one is written to match what the site actually does:
- This site sets no cookies. Not for analytics, advertising, or preferences.
- There are no third party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no heat mapping.
- We do not collect financial details through this website. No Social Security number, date of birth, income, assets, account numbers, or credit information. Information of that kind is collected only through Planet Home Lending's secure application system, under Planet's Consumer Privacy Policy, never through a form here.
- We do not sell your personal information.
How we use your information
- to send you the specific guide, worksheet, or tool you requested;
- to contact you about your inquiry, in the ways you consented to on the form;
- to answer your questions and, if you choose to proceed, to help you begin a loan application;
- to understand which advertisements and articles are useful, in aggregate. This is measurement of our own marketing, not profiling of you.
Who we share it with
Your information is shared only with the following, and only for the purposes above:
- Planet Home Lending, LLC, the lender Chase Kelly originates for. If your property is in a state where Chase is not yet licensed, your inquiry may be routed to another Planet loan originator who is licensed there, or Chase may obtain that license before taking your application.
- Supabase, which hosts the database where form submissions are stored.
- Resend, which delivers the emails we send you.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a lawful request from a regulator or law enforcement.
Calls and text messages
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, you are agreeing to be contacted at that number about your inquiry, including by text message and by phone, and including by automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, even if that number is on a corporate, state, or national Do Not Call registry.
You are never required to agree to this to receive any service. If you prefer not to be contacted that way, do not complete the form. Call 512-653-2836 instead. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, or by contacting us using the details below.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. We may still send messages directly about a transaction you have started with us.
Downloadable guides
The guides offered on this site are hosted as ordinary files on this website. They can be opened by anyone who has the link, including a link forwarded to them. Requesting one through a form is how we know to follow up with you, not a restriction on the file itself.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within the time your state's law requires. We may need to keep some records where lending, advertising, or recordkeeping regulations require it, and we will tell you if that applies.
California residents. California law gives you additional rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. As stated above, this website does not sell or share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database configured so that the public website can add a submission but cannot read, change, or delete any submission. Access to stored submissions is limited to Chase Kelly and to the systems described above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet the recordkeeping obligations that apply to mortgage advertising and lending. If you ask us to delete your information and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we will.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. You must be at least 18 to apply, and at least 19 in Alabama and Nebraska or 21 in Mississippi.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
